FYA Youth Action Showcase 2024!

We invite you to join us at our annual Youth Action Showcase, which will take place on Tuesday 29 October 1-4pm.

Last year, working in close partnership with a wide range of statutory and voluntary sector agencies, Fitzrovia Youth in Action supported over 700 young people across over 50 cohorts in organising social action to create change for themselves, their peers and the wider community.

The showcase is organised and hosted by young people. The event will celebrate how young people are leading social change and will provide opportunities to learn more about the diversity of social programmes we have co-produced with young people. These include models of place-based social action, different types of peer support and creative ways in which young people are co-producing system change with decision makers and service providers.

Young people will be presenting their work, screen films they have made, perform on stage and more!

We would like to invite individuals and organisations who have been involved in creating the work this year, as well as policy makers and practitioners who are keen to learn more about our youth-led approach. There will be a chance to network and food and refreshments will be served – we ask guests to come in smart casual attire if possible.
