About Camden Giving

Camden Giving is a local independent charity set-up in 2017 to overcome inequality in the London Borough of Camden. They do this by working closely with businesses to help them be great neighbours to Camden’s communities.

They believe that the people most impacted by inequality should be the ones who decide how money is spent to overcome inequality, so since we were set up, over 350 citizens have worked with us to award over £7million to community projects. They typically award around £1million a year through their 3 grants programmes. Their flagship fund, the Equality Fund, awards unrestricted multi-year grants to quality organisations. In addition, they run a rolling small grant programme that aims to achieve Camden’s Missions by 2030 and they run a youth grantmaking programme focussed on youth safety.
