Our Service User Journey offers young people opportunities to develop their skills and hands-on experience through engaging with their local communities, as well as with local businesses. A young person may first engage with FYA while at primary school and, when in their teens, continue their involvement through youth-led volunteering programmes and, as they become young adults, participate in mentoring and employability programmes.
